Frequently Asked Questions

This page only covers some of the most frequent questions. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have further questions, we are always happy to help!

How do you accept payment?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your party date. This deposit goes towards your total balance. Your party date is not confirmed unless the deposit has been made. The deposit is not refundable, but can be transferred to another date, or used towards another service if needed. The other 50% is due on the day of the party. We accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Cash or check can be accepted as well. 

Damaged Products 

We ask that you care for our rentals as if they are your own. Please refrain from having pets, food, drinks, or anything that may stain near the rental items. Please refrain from jumping on mattresses, as that can not only cause injury, but also damage the mattress. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and that damaged or destroyed items are subject to an additional fee to replace said items.

What areas do you serve?

 We serve Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island, Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, Kiawah Island, Moncks Corner, Summerville, and more. Parties 20+ miles outside of Mount Pleasant may be subject to a $50 travel fee.

What is Included?

Each tent is equipped with a blow up mattress, fresh linens, a blanket, decorative pillows, a tray, fairy lights, a lantern, plus more theme inclusive decor!

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to cancel a party, please keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable. You can move your party to a different date or use your deposit money towards a different service, but there are no refunds. We do not offer refunds per tent within a week of the event. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and appreciate advanced notice in event of a cancellation. 

What themes do you offer?

We offer many already curated themes, but custom themes are always an option at Posh Parties Charleston! We want to create your dream party, so please keep in mind we are always open to suggestions. Chances are, if we don't already have it, we will make it happen! Themes that require new items may be subject to a $50 fee.

Liability

We are a Limited Liability Company, therefore, after the set up for your party is complete, we do not accept liability for any incidents, injury, or loss of property. Adult supervision is required for all rentals.

How much space is needed?

Please keep in mind the space needed per tent! Teepee tents need a 75  x 43 x 60 space each. Classic Glamping tents need 75 x 40 x 50 space each. Do not fret! We can configure the tents in many different ways to maximise the space. Reconfiguring furniture may be required.
